Should We Depend on Intelligence Oversight?

February 1, 2014– President Barack Obama and his intelligence chieftains, from Director James Clapper on down, tirelessly repeat that citizens should trust their claims that NSA eavesdropping and other controversial spy programs are perfectly acceptable because these are monitored by oversight committees of the Congress.
